GUI Builder for LDA and PCE

Defaults:
Each type can have its own values for foreground and back ground colors,l font names, font sizes and presentation type when applicable.  These are user defined and are saved from one Interface Builder session to another.  This allows the Interface Builder to apply consistently GUI standards from one session to another and from one LDA specification to another.
