Installation

IE-WEBS software installation:

1. IE-WEBS is installed with Interface Builder.  See Interface Builder Installation.
   

1. Open the windows folder named in IE-WEBS software installation step 7.
   
2. Open the IEG vIP Connector ICON.
   
3. After Interface Builder has initialized, choose Options in Connector's menu bar.
   
4. Choose Business Segments in the Options dialog.
   
5. You may wish to click on the Business Segment already installed for Interface Builder and use the information as a guide as you fill out the form for your own Business Segment. The fields are:
   

• Business Segments:  Enter the name of the Business Segment as it is known in LDA Development.  Case is not important.
  
• Fireup ISPEC:  Enter the name of the ISPEC you wish to display to the user upon connection.  Note that it is not necessary that this ISPEC name be the actual "Fire Up" ISPEC as declared in LDA options for this Business Segment.  As part of IE-WEBS LDA RT initialization for the Business Segment, LDA will have already executed the "Fire Up" ISPEC as declared in LDA options.
  
• Path to LINC.ini:  Enter the full path name including drive and directories to where LINC.ini can be found for the LDA repository containing your Business Segment specifications.  The trailing "\" is not required.
  
• Path to LINCRun.exe:  Enter the full path name including drive and directories to where LINCRun.exe can be found for the LDA repository containing your Business Segment specifications.  The trailing "\" is not required.
