IEG maintains a variety of documents, presentations, and evaluation copies of our pc tools on an FTP site. You can download files from ftp://ftp.ieg-inc.com/ftp.ieg-inc.com/client/ in your web browser. For much faster downloads, use FTP client software (such as WS_FTP) to access our files:

WS_FTP settings:

• Set the host name to 'ftp.ieg-inc.com'.
• Set the host type to 'auto detect'.
• Set the user code to 'anonymous'.
• Set the password to your e-mail address in the form of: ottointree@lincster.com.
• Set the initial remote path to 'client'.

Or, you may use Windows 95 directly:

1. Press Start on the task bar
2. Choose 'run'
3. Type 'ftp'
4. In the DOS window that opens, type 'lcd path' to change your local directory to the path of your choice. For example: lcd c:\temp
5. Type 'open ftp.ieg-inc.com'
6. When prompted for usercode, type 'anonymous'
7. When prompted for password, enter your email address, such as 'OttoIntree@linc'
8. Type 'cd client'
9. Type 'dir' to see a list of files and sub directories
10. Type 'binary'
11. Type 'get filename'
12. Type 'close'
13. Type 'quit'; the file will be in the path specified in step 4 above.

You are welcome to upload small (less than 10MB) files into the 'incoming' directory; please send us an e-mail to tell us about you and the file. The incoming directory is secure, so after your file is uploaded, you - and all other anonymous users - will not be able to see it.

If you send us a model or a 'zip' of a file, be sure to set the transfer type to 'binary'!
